They are currently seeking to hire a Part Qualified Accountant to join their audit team.
The successful Part Qualified Accountant will be working with a diverse range of clients and reporting directly to the Audit Managers/Partners.
Role
Collaborate with Audit Managers and Partners in audit planning.
Attend planning meetings with clients and Partners.
Assist Audit Managers and Partners in resolving queries and providing guidance to clients on technical accounting matters.
Complete audit files and prepare financial statements.
Delegate tasks to junior team members and provide on-the-job training support.
Take responsibility for planning assurance assignments.
Actively participate in business development and contribute to client tenders when appropriate.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
Essential accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA)
3 Years + experience in local Practice.
Strong audit experience is beneficial.
Demonstrated experience in managing a client portfolio.
Strong knowledge of Irish standards and frameworks
Proficient knowledge of the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
Familiarity with Caseware Accounts Production is advantageous but not mandatory.
