13 Months Specific Purpose Part-Time Post Position Summary Applications are invited for the role of Part-Time Senior Research Co-Ordinator - Project Manager on the ACUMEN study.
ACUMEN - ACUte high dose Melatonin to improve outcomes in Encephalopathy of the Newborn.
The ACUMEN study is a first-in-human study to reduce brain injury in newborn babies after Hypoxic-Ischaemic Encephalopathy (HIE).
It is a multi-centre phase 1 study for melatonin in infants with moderate-severe HIE undergoing therapeutic hypothermia.
It is expected that the successful candidate will make significant contributions to the research project.
The successful candidate will assist the Principal Investigator in the day-to-day management of the project by working closely with project team members, liaise with the study coordinators and consortium members, to ensure that all of the administrative functions for the project are organised and completed.
This role requires a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will have significant research project management experience, including for multi-centre projects with a number of stakeholders.
