Lead High-Impact Drop-In SessionsHost live Zoom sessions where multiple founders join for tactical, real-time guidanceRapidly understand each business context and diagnose what actually mattersKeep sessions structured, decisive, and outcome-driven (no theory loops)Ensure every client leaves with clear decisions, priorities, and next steps2. Act as a Principal Advisor to FoundersAdvise on offer, niche, positioning, and go-to-market strategyHelp founders choose one primary acquisition method and commit to itChallenge assumptions, reframe thinking, and reset expectations when neededBalance directness with trust — clients feel guided, not sold to3. Cold Email & Outbound Strategy LeadershipReview and troubleshoot outbound systems live (copy, targeting, volume, sequencing)Explain trade-offs clearly: speed vs brand, volume vs intent, short vs long-term gainsUse lived experience to simplify decisions and avoid overengineeringAlign outbound strategy with realistic revenue timelines4. Translate Strategy Into 90-Day ExecutionAnchor each client to a clear 30–90 day roadmap tied to revenue outcomesConvert strategy into weekly execution prioritiesSet explicit boundaries on what the client owns vs what the platform/team deliversReinforce accountability without micromanagement5.
