This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in property and wills/estates law who is looking to develop their career in a progressive and supportive firm.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to completionAdvise clients on all aspects of probate and estate administration, including drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, and dealing with inheritance tax issuesHandle title reviews, contract drafting, and property due diligenceEngage with clients, financial institutions, and third parties in a professional and timely mannerMaintain compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal standardsAssist with mentoring and supervising junior staff or legal executives as needed
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate in IrelandMinimum of 3+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing and probateDemonstrated experience in handling files independently with minimal supervisionStrong drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentA client-focused and commercially aware mindset
