Thanks to new client wins and a strong pipeline, the business is expanding its Private Equity Fund Accounting team. You’ll lead an experienced group, work closely with senior management, and play a hands‑on role in supporting new business and ongoing client relationships.
What You’ll Do
 * Lead and develop a team of around six.
 * Oversee NAVs, waterfalls, performance fees, capital calls, journals, and general ledger reviews.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third parties.
 * Attend client and board meetings, representing the team with confidence and professionalism.
 * Deliver process improvements and take the lead on key projects and change initiatives.
 * Maintain a strong focus on risk management and internal controls, including quarterly reviews.
About You
 * At least five years’ experience in Private Equity and/or Real Estate Fund Accounting.
 * Strong technical knowledge of fund structures and accounting principles.
 * Comfortable managing and reviewing the work of others.
 * Motivated by working in a growing, mid‑sized firm with clear scope for progression.
 * An accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA) is preferred but not essential.
