**HYBRID**We are seeking a highly drivenTender Animator / 4D Plannerto support our preconstruction and bid activities. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for visual storytelling, digital construction, and translating complex delivery strategies into clear, compelling motion. You will turn programs and design information into visual narratives that show clients exactly how we will build their project — stage-by-stage, risk-aware, and achievable.Key requirements:Core Skill SetFamiliarity with major planning or modelling tools: P6, MS Project, Revit, Navisworks, IFC workflowsSolid grasp of construction phasing and logistics — even if still developing on the software sideAbility to tell the story of project delivery clearlyStrong attention to accuracy, realism, and client clarityDesired Experience2+ years in one of the following:Planning / site engineering / digital construction / architectural BIM / visualisationExposure to large-scale construction projects (data centres, pharma, industrial, commercial, residential) is an advantageExperience with preconstruction or tender preparation is desirable, not mandatoryPortfolio or work samples demonstrating sequencing or animation is highly valuableKey Responsibilities:Reporting to the Senior Preconstruction Planner / Bid Director, your key responsibilities for the role will include, but not limited to the following:Develop 4D tender animations aligning construction sequencing with design models and programmesBuild visual simulations that reflect logistics, phasing, access, commissioning, trade interfaces, and client constraintsInterpret programme logic from planners and convert into structured visual timelinesIntegrate 3D/BIM models, construction drawings, and staging plans into coherent animationsWork with planners, bid teams, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy and realismProduce short, clear visual explainers for stakeholder presentations and tender interviewsMaintain version control and a structured digital workflow for iterative bid changesProvide visual support for technical narratives, methodology documents, and procurement strategiesSupport and mentor other VDC team membersWhat you will work on4D tender animations for major bids across EuropeVisual simulations of logistics routes, laydown zones, tower crane movements, and commissioning windowsStage-by-stage storytelling for interviews, client workshops, and internal decision reviewsTranslation of early designs into delivery pathways that are believable and professionalWho this role suits:You will succeed in this role if you fall into one of these profiles:1. 4D / BIM Visualization SpecialistExperience with tools such as Synchro, Navisworks Timeliner, Twinmotion, Unreal, Revit, Blender, Lumion, or similarAble to manage geometry, staging, and animation timelines to tell a project delivery storyStrong eye for clarity and communication2.
