900 homes in across multiple phases.
Current phase is delivering 200 homes Your new role: As Project Manager you will Oversee construction of 2-4 bed homes Develop and oversee project plans Oversee procurement, sub-contractors and contracts management Liaise with stakeholders, site staff and directors on project progression Ensure Health and Safety compliance Mitigate risks to project progression Regularly report on project What you'll need to be successful as Project Manager: Strong background in Residential Construction 10+ years Construction experience Knowledge of contracts What's in it for you?
