ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the daily operations of the trade counter, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Provide advice and solutions to customers in-store and over the phone. Oversee inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked and readily available. Assist with meeting branch targets through excellent customer service. Manage customer queries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Assist management with tasks and duties as required.
