Job Description Our client, a leading Architecture firm, has a unique opportunity for a part-qualified or recently qualified accountant to join their Dublin team.
The Financial Analyst will primarily be focused on project accounting, where theyll develop a strong understanding of the financial drivers of architectural projects and the key commercial factors which impact the construction industry.
Key responsibilities will include: Managing project finances, including billing forecasts, invoicing, debtor tracking and financial reporting.
Overseeing resource planning and monitoring planned vs. actual spend.
Coordinating with project managers, directors and sub-consultants to support accurate and timely project delivery.
Supporting other commercial and administrative duties including fee proposals, issuing statements and other ad hoc projects.
Requirements for this Role Third-level qualification.
Part-qualified/recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Experience in an Architecture firm would be advantageous but not essential.
Excellent Excel skills with experience using financial systems.
A self-starter with strong communication skills, a keen attention-to-detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
