The client is a leading financial services organization, delivering innovative and scalable technology solutions across digital and core banking systems in a highly regulated environment.As a Scaled Agile Delivery Manager, you will support end‑to‑end delivery across Tribes and Domains, working closely with Tribe Leads and Tribe Tech Leads. You will contribute to delivery coordination, planning, and execution, while also supporting Tribe activation activities and the setup of effective delivery standards as the organization transitions to a scaled agile model.You will operate in hybrid delivery environments, where traditional delivery approaches and scaled agile delivery coexist, and help put in place practical interim mechanisms to ensure continuity, control, and compliance.The role may support delivery across Customer Domains, Functional Domains, Platform Domains, or Platform Centres of Expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Support & CoordinationSupport Tribe Leads and Tribe Tech Leads in delivering agreed outcomes across Tribes and DomainsContribute to delivery planning, coordination, and tracking across multiple squadsSupport dependency, risk, and issue management across squads, domains, and third partiesAssist delivery execution in hybrid environments combining traditional and incremental delivery approachesMaintain delivery trackers, status updates, and clear escalation of risks and blockersTribe Leadership & Product CoordinationSupport Tribe Leadership and Product Ownership with estimation and sizing exercisesAssist with delivery sequencing, capacity views, and dependency identificationContribute to the creation and maintenance of rolling-wave Tribe roadmapsHelp ensure plans reflect real delivery constraints, technology dependencies, and regulatory considerationsQuarterly Planning & Execution SupportSupport delivery through Quarterly Planning Process (QPP) cyclesAssist Tribes and Domains during Domain Quarterly Planning and Enterprise Quarterly PlanningHelp translate quarterly priorities into clear delivery objectives for squadsTrack progress against quarterly commitments and highlight emerging delivery risks and trade-offsBig Room Planning (BRP) SupportSupport preparation and coordination of Big Room Planning sessionsAssist with scope, backlog readiness, dependency mapping, capacity inputs, and risk captureSupport facilitation activities during large‑scale planning eventsHelp consolidate planning outputs into delivery plans, actions, and follow‑upsTribe Activation & Delivery StandardsSupport Tribe activation activities, including the setup of initial delivery standards and ways of workingHelp establish core delivery ceremonies and artefacts as Tribes mobilise or matureSupport adoption of scaled agile practices aligned to banking governance and controlsAct as a point of support for squads adapting to new delivery expectationsDelivery Artefacts & ComplianceSupport preparation and maintenance of delivery artefacts, including Tribe delivery memos, plans, and roadmapsAssist with dependency logs, risk logs, and Delivery Excellence artefactsEnsure delivery artefacts are kept current and suitable for governance, audit, and compliance reviewsSupport preparation of materials for governance forums and delivery reviewsRequired Experience & SkillsStrong experience owning delivery in banking or financial services environmentsProven track record leading delivery across hybrid and scaled agile modelsDemonstrable experience coaching teams and leaders through agile transformation in regulated contextsDeep understanding of dependency management, risk, and governance at scaleExperience leading quarterly planning cycles and large‑scale delivery incrementsStrong facilitation skills, including Big Room Planning and senior stakeholder sessionsComfortable operating in ambiguity while maintaining control and delivery disciplineDesirable ExperienceExperience transitioning from project‑based funding to persistent squads or tribe modelsExposure to core banking platforms, digital channels, or large enterprise technology estatesUse of delivery and flow metrics to improve predictability and decision‑makingConsulting or large‑scale transformation programme experience within banks
