The ideal candidate is an accomplished lawyer possessing 10+ years post qualification experience. This individual should have proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams within fast-paced environments while also demonstrating exceptional communication skills. A team player who can effectively navigate diverse stakeholder needs would make an excellent fit for this dynamic role.
