Key Responsibilities

The Person in Charge will be responsible for managing a staff team and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to support separated children seeking international protection.
Main Duties:

* Staff Management: Oversees the management of a team of staff, ensuring effective teamwork and productivity.
* Collaboration: Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
* Supervision: Supervises and leads others to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to organizational standards.
* Support: Provides care and support to young persons in a community setting.
* Reporting: Develops and maintains excellent report writing skills to effectively communicate results and insights.
