Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present monthly management accounts to the senior leadership team
* Develop and maintain complex financial models using Excel and other tools

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
* A degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
* 35 years of experience in management accounting and financial planning
* Strong technical skills in Excel, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and ERP systems (SAP)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders
