Job Title: Training Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Training Development Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training development and delivery, with expertise in creating engaging and effective learning programs. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training solutions that meet the needs of our users.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development: Develop and deliver AMOS training programs for all departments using AMOS, including classroom, self-help, and computer-based training via the ASL Learning Academy.
2. Documentation Creation: Create AMOS training documentation for use by end-users on training courses.
3. Work Instructions Management: Develop and manage Work Place Instructions (WPIs) and Business Processes alongside key AMOS users.
4. Training Data Development: Develop AMOS training data for use by end-users on training courses.
5. Collaboration and Delivery: Work with the ACC Specialist and AMOS Admins to deliver new functions and programs and create new training plans.
6. Training Requests: Serve as the point of contact for all AMOS training requests.
7. Project Management: Carry out AMOS project-related workstream task allocations.
8. Presentation Delivery: Create and deliver presentations as requested.
9. Professional Development: Maintain competence through continued education and training in their area of responsibility, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
