Job Description
This role is to spearhead the development and implementation of household-based studies on diet, nutrition, sustainability and health in collaboration with a team of experts. The successful candidate will work at the Cork Centre for Vitamin D and Nutrition Research at the School of Food and Nutritional Sciences.
* A PhD qualification in Human Nutrition or a related field is essential.
* Significant experience conducting research among volunteers with expertise in dietary assessment, food data analysis, database construction and report writing are necessary skills.
