Your new role As HR Advisor within the Employee Relations team, you'll deliver a high-quality, client-focused HR advisory service. You'll support the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies, manage change initiatives, and provide expert guidance on employment legislation and best practice. Key responsibilities include: Advising managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment law Supporting disciplinary, grievance, attendance, and capability processes Collaborating with trade unions and external agencies Managing HR information systems and producing workforce data reports Contributing to HR training and development activities Ensuring compliance with equality legislation and data protection regulations This is a varied and impactful role that combines operational HR support with strategic project work.
