Job Description
Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has over 30 years of experience and specializes in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patient's home, supporting multiple therapies: Home Oxygen, Nebulisers, Ventilations, Sleep. Our field-based operations team consists of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists who ensure that our patients receive the support they need whilst using our equipment.
From installation to removal, we provide comprehensive services to ensure seamless therapy delivery. We currently provide such therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare).
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with executive teams to translate core business goals into clear workforce plans
* Promote a positive culture through initiatives like engagement surveys and social events
* Foster talent reviews to identify high-potential employees for development plans
* Analyze data from HR systems for commercial solutions

You will partner directly with senior managers on various activities including:
- Talent management
- Succession planning
- Workforce KPIs
The Senior Business Partner is expected assist other departments as needed when providing information or assistance about company policies,
