Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in development, with 3+ years in a lead developer or leadership role. They should have 5+ years of experience in .NET and AWS development, and be proficient in C#, AWS, or relevant languages.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required, along with certifications in .NET, AWS, or related technologies. Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integrations are also preferred.
