Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Talent Executive in Co. Kildare. This is a newly created role. Permanent, full time opportunity. Salary up to €45,000, negotiable for the right person. Main duties: Act as the main point of contact for all recruitment activities Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding Liaise with department managers to understand current and upcoming staffing needs Build and maintain effective working relationships with recruitment agencies to attract high-quality candidates Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment aligns with overall business objectives Act as the link between hiring managers and external recruitment partners to ensure a smooth hiring process Coordinate with the communications team at group head office to support recruitment marketing efforts Provide content and updates for company websites and LinkedIn pages to promote job opportunities and campaigns Monitor and report on recruitment performance metrics, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders Main requirements: Proven experience in recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role Strong understanding of digital recruitment tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working across various departments and levels of seniority Proactive, well-organised, and detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset Experience in the construction or civil engineering sector is a distinct advantage
