This is a unique, varied and exciting position that sits at the heart of the agency.The role blends three key areas:Brand Community ManagementPersonal Assistant to the Managing DirectorOffice & Team SupportYou will be a key point of contact for one of our major brand clients, helping to manage and nurture their consumer community, while also supporting the Managing Director with day-to-day organisation, and assisting the wider team with research, admin and coordination.This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organised, confident in communicating with people, and excited by working in a creative PR environment where no two days are the same. One of the best things about PR Full onboarding and training will be provided, including brand community management systems, tone of voice and best practice.What you do:Brand Community ManagementAct as a key point of contact for one of our major brand clients.Manage and respond to consumer comments, messages and queries on behalf of brand clients, in line with brand tone of voice and values.Ensure all communications are handled professionally, efficiently and with empathy.Monitor recurring themes, feedback and trends within the community and flag insights to the wider team.Support brand reputation by delivering a high-quality, responsive and human brand experience.PA to the Managing DirectorProvide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director.Manage diaries, schedule meetings and help coordinate agency priorities.Assist with emails, follow-ups, documents and internal organisation.Support with new business preparation, research and presentations as required.Provide confidential personal and business support to the Managing Director, including managing personal logistics, bookings and ad-hoc requirements.Office & Team SupportAct as a central support figure for the wider team with admin, research and coordination.Help keep the office organised, stocked and running smoothly.Support the team with campaign research, guest lists, contact lists and basic reporting.Assist with event preparation and logistics where required.Create and deliver effective campaigns that capture media and influencer attention.Build and nurture strong press, celebrity and influencer relationships to secure standout coverage.Bring fresh creative ideas to client briefs and contribute to campaign strategy.Plan and execute high-profile PR events and trips that drive conversation and impact.Write compelling press releases, media materials and copy to the highest standard.Book, plan and manage paid influencer campaigns.Manage reporting to demonstrate results, insights and ongoing opportunities.Collaborate closely with the RKPR team to uphold our reputation for creativity, energy, contacts and results.
