Job Description An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Scheduler at our Dunboyne facility.
They will be responsible for ensuring compliance and that the required maintenance (Preventative Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and PDM ) works are completed as per required dates.
This role is a site-based role What you will do: Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following: Prepare the weekly maintenance schedule as required from the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Engages with site enterprise scheduling team to ensure that the required time to execute maintenance is built into the production schedules.
Lead and chair weekly schedule meetings where weekly metrics are reviewed and action plans as appropriate are put in place.
Ensure that the backlog is maintained to an acceptable standard and all follow-on work orders are scheduled in for completion.
Agree lead-times with stake holders for schedule requests.
Work with team and network to implement best in class Scheduling.
Complete weekly metric reports for the team and report at Tier 1.
Maintain long, medium and short term look ahead plan.
Point of contact for Plant Engineering at weekly finite scheduling meeting.
Lead Maintenance Tier 0 meeting ensuring daily maintenance schedule is completed.
Work with reliability team and equipment vendors to develop service level agreements (SLA).
Account for monthly accruals relating to SLA spend.
Assist with alarm management, monitoring and reporting.
Raise purchase requisitions for maintenance expenditure.
Seek feedback from stakeholders to continually improve the maintenance and scheduling process.
Work with functional leads to ensure appropriate resourcing available for schedule completion.
Work closely with Maintenance Planner to agree the correct timing for works completion.
Engage with and promote our planning initiative s such as project Uptime.
What skills you will need: In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have: Proven record of accomplishments of working in a Pharma/Biopharma company or related industry is desirable.
Trade and/or 3rd level engineering/ technical qualification.
Experience with CMMS (SAP PM/ equivalent).
Strong knowledge of work management and maintenance best practices.
Excellent communication skills and relationship building with stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and be able to manage multiple inputs.
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative in a constructive manner.
Proven ability around working cross functionally, focusing on meeting and tracking to schedules and embracing an interdependent work culture.
Experience working in a GMP/regulated environment is desirable.
Organisation Skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and know when to escalate issues for resolution.
