HR Business Partner Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Cork. This role will involve providing proactive human resource support to drive business objectives.
* SUPPORTING THE BUSINESS: Work closely with senior leadership and management teams to understand their organizational needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
* HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective employee life cycle processes, enhancing manager-employee relationships, ensuring compliance with best practices and managing talent acquisition, development, engagement, retention strategies.
