You’ll bring expertise in proactive risk leadership, from workshops and assessments to quantified analysis and system development, supporting teams across the programme lifecycle. You’ll also oversee a team of Risk Leads, guiding their development while ensuring consistent, high-quality implementation of risk processes.Key Requirements: You should be a seasoned risk professional with a CV that demonstrates:15+ years’ experience managing risk across infrastructure projects of scale and complexityStrong leadership background, with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders at all levelsIn-depth knowledge of risk management tools, frameworks and reporting platforms (e.g. QRA, Monte Carlo analysis, risk profiling)Experience developing and implementing strategy across large programmes, including risk KPIs and mitigation monitoringExcellent communication, reporting and client engagement skillsDeep understanding of project governance, construction procurement and risk-related EU/Irish legislationA third-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Construction, Risk Management)Movar isn’t your typical consultancy, it’s a business that puts people first and encourages you to bring your best ideas forward.
