Site Operations Manager
The role of the Site Operations Manager is to oversee the efficient management of a construction site, ensuring a safe working environment while maintaining high productivity standards.
* Responsible for day-to-day site operations and coordination with subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual commitments, and workplace Health and Safety protocols
* Implement and manage safety protocols, including safety manuals and regular inspections
* Coordinate with subcontractors to achieve program requirements and optimize resources
* Monitor and maintain high-quality work during construction phases
This position requires 4-5 years of experience in a medium/large building contractor and a degree in construction management or a related field.
