We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Patricia Case Management System Administrator to support the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the Patrix Patricia IP management system. This part-time role will be critical in ensuring the system runs efficiently, user queries are resolved in a timely manner, and enhancements are delivered in collaboration with internal partners and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and monitor the Patricia case management system to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
* Manage regular system updates, patches, and upgrades, liaising with Patrix or external consultants as necessary.
* Coordinate with Quality Management stakeholders and ISO 90001 certification.
* Respond to and resolve user support queries, escalating complex issues appropriately.
* Collaborate with the Patricia Working Group and Partners to scope, plan, and implement system improvements and projects.
* Support testing and rollout of new features or configurations.
* Provide new user on boarding and training on the Patricia system, ensuring a smooth transition into the platform.
* Plan and deliver group training sessions as needed to support system changes, new features, or user refresher training.
* Document processes, system changes, and known issues for knowledge sharing.
* Coordinate with external consultants on larger system enhancement or integration projects.
* Provide guidance and support to new and existing users; training will be provided where needed.
Skills and Experience Required
* Solid working knowledge of the Patrix Patricia case management system – proficiency required.
* Experience in a systems administration, IP management, or IP support role is highly desirable.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time schedule.
* Excellent communication skills for working with users, Partners, and technical teams.
* Comfortable working collaboratively on projects with cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Experience in delivering user training (one-to-one or group sessions) is an advantage.
Training and Development
Formal role-specific training and onboarding will be provided. While a good working knowledge of the Patricia system is essential, additional support will be available as needed. The administrator will also be responsible for delivering internal new user training and group training sessions, supporting knowledge transfer and continuous improvement across the user base.
Working Hours
Part-time hours to be agreed upon with the successful candidate, with flexibility to accommodate key system maintenance windows, support needs, or project timelines when necessary.
