Job Title: Workshop Team Lead
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Workshop Team Lead to oversee daily joinery operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
* Lead daily joinery operations, ensuring safety, output, quality, and costs management.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure the on-time and cost-effective delivery of projects.
* Organize the joinery production workflow, manage resource allocation, and ensure timely execution of production plans.
* Mentor, train, and motivate the joinery team in Lean tools and best practices.
* Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven 3 years experience in a team lead role, preferable in a joinery manufacturing environment.
* Strong, hands-on knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to identify and solve operational problems proactively and effectively.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing production priorities.

Additional Information:
Hours of Work: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Some flexibility required. OT hours also available.
