Our Accommodation Assistant are responsible for providing assistance and support in maintaining the cleanliness in the hotel The job description of our Accommodation Assistants include the following duties and responsibilities:
Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, of the hotel
Changing bed linens and towels
Restocking toiletries and other supplies
Vacuuming, dusting, and mopping floors and surfaces
Sorting and organizing laundry and linens
Assisting guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
Reporting any maintenance issues or needed repairs to the appropriate department and supervisor
Ensuring that all equipment and cleaning supplies are stored properly and used safely
Following health and safety guidelines and procedures
Maintaining only the highest standard of cleanliness at all times
Good Time management
Works well as part of a team
Completes duties in order
Providing exceptional customer service and representing the accommodation facility in a positive manner.
