 
        Ocean Marine is a family run Wholesale Seafood Business. We are looking for an experienced office administrator for our busy office. The role will be multifunctional and the ability to multi-task is essential.Qualifications & Skills :Strong IT skills - experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)Ability to work efficiently under pressure.Knowledge of HR practisesPrevious accounts/ book keeping experienceHACCP Level 5/6 Certificate (desirable, not essential)Previous data entry experiencePrevious experience working with Sage 50 accountsDuties:Reception duties - answering calls and emails. POC for customers and suppliersGeneral office management - ordering stationery, supplies, dealing with any repair work, etc needed in the office and factoryScanning, printing, filing as requiredAccounts - prepare invoices for customers and suppliers. Handle accounts queriesStock management - oversea all incoming stock, ensure product quality.
