As we continue to scale internationally and strengthen our commercial and operational infrastructure, we are expanding our finance function to support strategic growth, performance insight, and long-term value creation.
The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Senior FP&A Accountant to lead financial forecasting, planning, and performance analysis across the Group.
This role sits at the centre of strategic decision-making — partnering closely with the CFO, CEO, and Senior Leadership Team to provide forward-looking financial insight, robust modelling, and data-driven recommendations.
You will combine strong technical accounting knowledge with advanced financial modelling to support growth, scalability, and investor readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting process across multiple entities.
Develop and maintain rolling 12–36 month financial forecasts.
Build dynamic financial models to support strategic initiatives and growth scenarios.
Deliver scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for revenue growth, cost control, and investment decisions.
SaaS & Commercial Analysis
Monitor and analyse key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and gross margin.
Support revenue forecasting in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
Evaluate pricing strategies and commercial performance.
Provide insight into unit economics and scalability drivers.
Performance Reporting
Produce monthly management reporting packs with detailed variance analysis.
Prepare board-level financial analysis and commentary.
Track KPIs and performance against strategic objectives.
Deliver clear financial narratives to non-finance stakeholders.
Business Partnering
Partner with department leaders to support budget ownership and accountability.
Provide financial evaluation for new projects, hiring plans, and operational investments.
Support M&A analysis, due diligence, and integration modelling where required.
Process & Systems Improvement
Enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Improve financial data integrity across systems.
Support automation and BI tool development for real-time performance visibility.
Skills & Experience
Qualifications
Strong technical accounting foundation with commercial finance exposure.
Experience
5+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance.
Experience within SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments preferred.
Multi-entity or international exposure desirable.
Experience preparing board or investor-level reporting advantageous.
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) beneficial.
Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition and subscription models desirable.
