Assistant Project Manager (Consultancy)
Location: North Dublin
Salary: €50K – €65K
Job Summary:
O'Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Assistant Project Manager for our client a project management/engineering consultancy company based in North Dublin. The successful candiadte will assist with a multi-million euro apartment building project in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and administration.
* Support in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
* Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
* Assist in site meetings and preparation of reports.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standard.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Ideally a Civil/Structural Engineering Degree but a Building Surveyor or Architectural Technologist background may also be suitable.
* Ideally 3+ years relevant client side / consultancy experience.
* Strong technical understanding in design, construction and statutory compliance.
* Good understanding of building facades and roofing works.
* Proficient in AutoCAD.
* Strong time management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage projects.
* Requires an excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy.
