The Opportunity
A leading Tier 1 Contractor is continuing to grow its Dublin operations and is seeking an
experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of major commercial and
residential projects. The initial project is Dublin-based, with a strong pipeline of future work across
the region.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle or defined packages of work.
Ensure delivery against objectives for H&S;, design, technical compliance, quality, programme, and
commercial performance.
Coordinate site activities to ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
Leadership & Team
Lead, manage, and motivate site and project teams.
Develop a high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring.
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Planning & Continuous Improvement
Implement effective short- and medium-term project planning.
Promote continuous improvement and explore new methods and technologies.
Requirements
Degree-qualified in Engineering or construction-related discipline.
7+ years' post-qualification experience.
Proven experience delivering large-scale projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
Strong refurbishment and fit-out experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Salary & Package
Salary €65,000 - €80,000 DOE
