The ideal candidate will have experience in bid preparation, with knowledge of the engineering or construction sector being an advantage.
This role suits a commercially aware multitasker who can organize and prioritize bids, coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, compelling submissions are delivered on time.
Youll work closely with technical teams to prepare winning proposals.
About You: Knowledge of Irelands Public Procurement process.
Proven track record delivering PQQs/SAQs.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Flexible and deadline-driven; proficient in Office365 (InDesign optional).
CRM experience (Microsoft preferred); degree or equivalent desirable.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate delivery of high-quality bid submissions (PQQs/SAQs).
Research and monitor tender opportunities; manage tender portals.
Develop CVs, case studies, and organization charts for bids.
Maintain bid records in CRM; manage SharePoint and Teams sites.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and best practices.
