Own procurement, logistics/warehouse, fleet (vehicles/plant) and facilities for a growing utilities business.
Drive cost, service and safety performance while leading a small operations team on site in Kilkenny.
Salary:
€60,000–€65,000
Contract:
12-month FTC (with review)
Posting on behalf of our client: a leading utilities provider operating across Energy & Telecommunications.
What you'll do
End-to-end procurement: sourcing, tenders, negotiation & contracts
Logistics leadership: materials flow, warehousing, distribution, site deliveries
Fleet management: utilisation, maintenance planning, compliance & cost control
Facilities oversight: setup, maintenance, vendor management & compliance
Supplier KPIs/SRM and continuous improvement initiatives
Use of systems (procurement/fleet) & data to inform decisions (Excel/PowerPoint)
What you'll bring
3+ years in procurement/logistics/warehouse management (team leadership)
Strong negotiation, stakeholder and organisational skills
Experience with procurement/fleet software + solid MS Office
Background in construction/energy/utilities is an advantage
Full, current driving licence; eligible to work in Ireland
