Storesperson – Engineering & Equipment SectorPerform Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Storesperson on behalf of a well-established company operating within the power washer manufacturing & hire, garden equipment, heating, and workshop supplies sector.This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, hands-on environment with long-term career prospects.The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the stores, ensuring accurate stock control and smooth support to workshop and sales teams.Key Responsibilities:Managing goods inwards and outwardsMaintaining accurate stock levels using a computerised stores systemPicking, packing, and issuing parts and equipmentLiaising with internal departments to ensure timely supplyKeeping the store area organised, safe, and efficientRequirementsPrevious experience in a store or warehouse role (engineering, mechanical, or retail environment an advantage)Experience using a computerised stores system (OPERA experience highly desirable)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamForklift licence is an advantage (but not essential)HoursMonday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pmBreaks: 15 and 30 minutes per daySalary & BenefitsCompetitive salary, negotiable depending on experience21 days annual leaveStable, full-time position with a reputable employerSupportive team environment Apply TodayIf you have the experience and are looking for a secure, long-term role, apply now through Perform Recruitment with your updated CV.
