We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join a well-established business based in South Dublin.

The Role This is a broad, hands-on position where you will take responsibility for the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of bookkeeping on a day-to-day basis Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Prepare and file VAT returns Assist with payroll processing and related reporting Maintain accurate financial records and produce regular financial reports Support month-end processes and financial reviews Liaise with external accountants and auditors where required Requirements Relevant accounting qualification (e.g.
IATI or equivalent) Proven experience in a senior bookkeeping role Strong experience across AP, AR, VAT, and general finance operations Exposure to payroll and financial reporting Excellent Excel skills Experience using Quick Books Desirable Experience working in the construction industry Knowledge or exposure to Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT) Salary & Benefits €60,000 full-time equivalent (pro rata for 20 hours per week) Flexible working hours (20 hours per week mornings, full days) Supportive and collaborative working environment Location South Dublin (office-based with flexibility on working hours) This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper looking for a flexible, part-time role with a varied workload.
