Dornan is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Lead to oversee the delivery of mechanical packages on a major pharmaceutical project in Cork.
As part of an ambitious, collaborative team, you will take ownership of the commercial delivery from tender validation through to final accounts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Preparing cash flows and compiling monthly commercial reports
* Managing client invoicing and overseeing subcontractor and supplier payments
* Liaising with construction and planning teams on site measures and ensuring contractual notices are issued
