Overview
A leading European investor and asset manager in the clean energy sector are seeking a Corporate Finance & Strategy Manager to join their Dublin team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of developing and delivering new investment strategies for a platform managing ~€2bn across wind, solar, storage and other sustainable infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
The role will involve:
* Supporting product development, fundraising, and investor relations activities.
* Building and maintaining complex financial models for funds and managed accounts.
* Preparing marketing materials, data rooms, and due diligence responses for institutional investors.
* Leading analysis and scenario modelling to support fee negotiations and investment propositions.
* Collaborating on corporate finance activities, including group cash flow modelling, valuations, and strategic planning for the board.
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction services.
* Strong exposure to financial modelling, investor due diligence, and fundraising materials.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders and boards.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
* Background in professional services or corporate finance advisory; exposure to regulated investment managers a plus.
