We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager.
This pivotal role will focus on enhancing our visibility as a charming village getaway, driving revenue growth, and building lasting connections with guests who seek authentic Irish hospitality. You will develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that celebrate our warm, welcoming atmosphere and the natural beauty of our surroundings.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing plans to boost occupancy and revenue across our cozy rooms, traditional pub/bar, hearty breakfasts, and local gatherings.
* Brand Management: Oversee our positioning as a historic, character-filled retreat in a picturesque village, ensuring consistent, inviting messaging across all channels.
* Digital Marketing: Manage and elevate our online presence through SEO, social media storytelling, and targeted digital advertising to showcase the charm of village life and nearby countryside.
* Content Creation: Work closely with the team to produce engaging content that highlights our unique offerings — from comfortable stays and lively pub evenings to the scenic walks, historic sites, gardens, riverside paths, and local attractions just steps away.
* Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with nearby businesses, tourism organizations, walking trail groups, and event organizers to grow our reach and attract visitors exploring the region's trails, heritage, and natural wonders.
* Team Leadership: Inspire and guide team members to hit targets while upholding the highest standards of friendly, personal service.
* Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and sales initiatives, providing insights to refine our approach.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within hospitality, boutique stays, or tourism.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Creative mindset with flexibility to respond to seasonal and market changes.
* Leadership experience with a collaborative, hands-on team approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
