Site Engineer A highly reputable main building contractor seeks a Site Engineer with at least 2 years of experience need to work on various school projects in the Cork area (multisite).
The contractor has grown substantially over the past 2 years and has retained a very strong workforce during this period.
Our client also has a very strong order book for the next 2 years and is busy in various sectors including residential, commercial fit-out and industrial builds.
A Site Engineer with expertise in setting-out and prior involvement in RC Frame builds would be an ideal candidate.
Duties: The candidate must be comfortable using setting out equipment Monitor work in accordance with specification & regulations.
Setting out, levelling and surveying onsite using GPS total station and auto level.
Topographic surveys using GPS & robotic total station.
Supervision of site works in line with health & safety policy.
Maintain records of labour, plant, and site activities.
Checking works as required Any other ad hoc duties Requirements: Engineering Degree/Diploma Experience on civils projects Proficiency in use of Total Station 2+ years experience with a main contractor / sub-contractor in a suitable role in Ireland or UK.
