Lead Event Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage the Conference & Banqueting department in a thriving events and weddings venue.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, guest-focused, and capable of leading a team to deliver exceptional service standards from initial booking through to event delivery.
We are seeking a highly organized individual to oversee the successful planning and execution of all events within the hotel, including conferences, weddings, banquets, and private functions.
The Lead Event Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the C&B department on a daily basis, overseeing event set-up, service, and breakdown in coordination with operational teams, and liaising with clients to ensure all event requirements are met and expectations exceeded.

* Lead, train, and schedule the C&B team to deliver seamless event execution
* Collaborate with Sales, Kitchen, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth operations
* Monitor service standards and implement improvements as needed
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety, fire, and hygiene regulations
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a similar Conference & Banqueting or Events Management role, strong leadership and organisational skills, a passion for delivering excellent guest service with attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
