 
        
        Key Responsibilities
 * Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
 * Schedule and coordinate staff
 * Maintain and organize filing systems (electronic and paper-based).
 * Process invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and expense reports using Xero accounts
 * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
 * Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (1-3 years preferred).
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero
 * Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
 * High attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Professional attitude and strong customer service orientation
 * Strong communication in English is essential, both written and verbal, knowledge of Portuguese desirable advantage

Pay: From €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
