About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our EMEA Customer Care division in Letterkenny, Ireland. As an IT Application Support Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team operating in a high-profile healthcare environment where precision and responsiveness are essential.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for Cardiology and Radiology applications and their associated infrastructure, ensuring continuity and reliability for systems that directly impact patient care.
* Act as the initial point of contact for application-related issues, incidents, and service requests from end-users.
* Accurately record, categorize, and prioritize tickets in the ITSM tool, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
Your Profile
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or related field (preferred).
2. Possess B2 level fluency in both French and English languages.
Acknowledge HL7 standards is also desired
