Programme Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team in supporting people with disabilities and their families.
* Facilitate independent living and community integration initiatives.
* Develop and deliver person-centred programmes tailored to meet the needs and capabilities of service users.
* Collaborate with colleagues to promote organisational values of Teamwork, Dignity, Justice, Advocacy and Quality.
As a key worker, you will identify goals and support required by individual service users, maintain records, and develop programmes to meet their needs. A commitment to excellence in care provision is essential.
* Minimum QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
* A third-level graduate, Health & Social Care or equivalent, is desirable.
* Additional qualification in supporting adults with Autism or Challenging Behaviour would be an advantage.
Willingness to attend conferences/training courses is also required. We are an equal-opportunities employer.
