Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in an acute hospital setting.
This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to progress their careers or take on new challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute oncology and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Registered in the Advanced Nurse Practitioner division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland Register or as a CNS.
* Hold a Master of Science Degree (National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) Level 9 major academic award or equivalent) relevant to the clinical specialty at CNS Grade.
* Possess a high standard of suitability and clinical, professional and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience and clinical expertise, with a minimum of 5 years' post-registration experience and at least 2 years' experience in the specialist area. They will also have the ability to practice safely and effectively, fulfilling their professional responsibility within their scope of practice, evidence of continuing professional development, and at least 2 years recent experience working in an Irish Hospital.

* Master's degree in a relevant clinical specialty.
