About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong joinery background to lead and manage on-site teams across high-profile projects. This role is perfect for a skilled joiner who has developed into leadership and wants to work on some of the most exciting fit-out projects in Ireland. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate joinery and fit-out projects on site. Lead head fitters and site teams, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard. Oversee installation of bespoke joinery, reception desks, toilet cubicles, and other fit-out elements. Ensure all work meets strict quality, safety, and compliance standards. Liaise with clients, contractors, and management to maintain seamless project delivery. Take ownership of each project from planning to completion. Requirements Fully qualified joiner with proven supervisory or site management experience. Strong experience in commercial and bespoke fit-outs (office, hospitality, education, retail, etc.). Ability to lead teams effectively and uphold quality craftsmanship. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Flexibility to work on projects nationwide. Irish experience essential.
