Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing to join our Global Strategic Sourcing team in Dublin. This hybrid role requires a dynamic leader who can collaborate cross-functionally, drive sourcing strategy, and deliver tangible value across multiple indirect procurement categories.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across a diverse range of services including Workplace Services, Marketing, Professional Services, Outsourcing, Managed Services, HR, and IT.
What You'll Do
1. Build and lead category sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
2. Drive sourcing processes from industry analysis and supplier selection to contract negotiation and implementation
3. Partner with internal teams to construct scalable outsourcing and commercial models
4. Act as a trusted commercial advisor to business units, providing insights and mitigating risks
5. Manage supplier performance through scorecards, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
6. Leverage market analysis and internal data to identify opportunities for value creation and cost savings
7. Communicate Strategic Sourcing's value and educate stakeholders at all levels of the business
What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
8. Bachelor's degree
9. 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing
10. 6+ years managing multiple categories, particularly in services procurement
11. Experience in Financial Services, Legal, Consulting, and IT categories
Preferred Qualifications:
12. Master's degree / Degree qualification
13. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
14. Expertise in outsourcing and commercial models
15. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global environment and manage ambiguity
16. A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong stakeholder relationship skills
