Responsibilities
* Budgeting and Cost Planning: Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, and tender documentation.
* Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
* Financial Performance: Monitor project financial performance and prepare reports to stakeholders.
* Procurement: Manage procurement and assess subcontractor quotations to ensure best value for the company.
* Contract Administration: Administer contracts and handle variations and claims in accordance with company procedures.
* Liaison: Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft, Excel).
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
