Online Sales Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Online Sales Manager to drive our eCommerce growth strategy and enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in online sales management, strong analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
This role is responsible for managing daily online orders across our eCommerce platforms, ensuring timely fulfillment, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily online orders and ensuring timely fulfillment.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and retention.
* Overseeing order management and ERP integration, ensuring data is processed efficiently and accurately.
* Liaising with branches to manage branch-fulfilled orders and maintain adequate stock levels.
* Reviewing and updating product listings to ensure accurate and detailed product information.
* Collaborating with the Marketing and eCommerce teams to implement effective sales campaigns and promotions.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in online sales management.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
