Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Business Partner to support our teams across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the Caribbean. This role will be embedded within our People Team and will report into the Chief People Officer.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality HR advice and support to client groups, anticipating future needs and ensuring that we meet the needs of all colleagues while adhering to best practice and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Foster trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
2. Oversee operational processes across assigned offices.
3. Provide strategic input into people-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with local team needs.
4. Drive performance management processes to cultivate a high-performance culture.
5. Lead talent reviews, identifying key individuals and supporting their development plans.
6. Coordinate and advise on promotion processes.
7. Manage employee relations matters, escalating issues to the Senior HRBP or Chief People Officer when necessary.
8. Serve as a trusted advisor to our Career Coaches, supporting their development and effectiveness.
9. Collaborate with our Operations team to address employee inquiries in compliance with local employment law and internal guidelines.
10. Resolve escalated queries from our Operations team, and provide timely information as needed.
11. Support the development and continuous improvement of our Career Coaches.
12. Lead the Early Years Talent initiative, managing graduate and intern programs for Ireland and NI.
13. Facilitate graduate exam preparation and manage examination processes for Ireland and NI.
14. Engage with professional bodies to strengthen graduate recruitment and elevate standards.
15. Support Caribbean offices in meeting professional qualification requirements and nurturing early-career talent.
16. Capture and relay learning and development needs from our client groups/office.
17. Plan and execute local L&D events in collaboration with our Head of L&D.
18. Partner with our Operations Director (Finance) to assess and forecast headcount requirements.
19. Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team on local hiring efforts, including graduate recruitment, candidate insights, and onboarding logistics.
20. Offer regional expertise to enhance talent acquisition strategies and identify effective sourcing channels.
21. Deliver key people metrics and reporting to inform business decisions.
22. Contribute to people-centric projects locally and across our wider organization.
23. Support the setup and growth of new office locations both in Ireland and internationally.
24. Maintain regular communication with the CPO, Head of Talent, and Head of L&D on local activities and developments.
