With our sustainable concepts and experience gained from decades of project work, we shape the future of transportation, connect continents, and promote environmental stewardship.We are currently seeking aSenior Project Controls Managerto work with us on a project in Ireland.Responsibilities:Lead benchmarking and promote best practices in project controls and document managementEstablish and manage performance measurement baselines using contract coding structures to support effective reportingOversee monthly project reviews and support financial reporting processesManage change requests and change control, assessing impacts on schedule and costDevelop and implement PMO frameworks and project controls strategies for assigned projects or programsGuide project teams on project controls processes, including cost, schedule, change, risk, and reportingIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and ensure consistent risk managementProvide oversight of large projects, driving standardization and continuous improvementPrepare regular status reports on progress, budget, and risks, and develop mitigation strategiesAssist in resource allocation and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standardsSupport governance and assurance processes for planning, cost, and riskEnsure effective stakeholder communication and manage expectationsEstablish and maintain standardized project management processes and methodologiesUtilize PMO management software and reporting toolsPerform additional tasks as assignedQualifications:Minimum 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years' experience in project control activities and 2 years as Project Controls ManagerAt least Bachelor degree (Honours Bachelor Degree) (or equivalent) in relevant subject area e.g. Project Management, Business Administration or similarCertification as Project Management Professional (PMP)APM or PMI membershipProven experience with large-scale metro rail projects or similarly complex projectsProfound knowledge of project controls toolsets and principlesKnowledge of quality management and process improvement systems is desirable, ideally within the construction industryUnderstanding of contractual and financial requirements in complex construction programsSkilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management at all levelsProficient with document management systems, databases, and project control softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced risk identification, assessment, and mitigation abilitiesEffective collaboration within multidisciplinary teamsProblem-solving skills to address project issues and keep progress on trackExperience with quality assurance to ensure standards are metAdaptability to evolving project requirements and environmentsStrong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skillsResults-driven with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes
